I am a dance artist to challenge and be challenged, to improve, to empathize.

I use movement to tell well-known, personal, and original stories on the stage and on the screen. I use the stage to explore my choreography’s spatiality, and I use the screen to choreograph what is impossible on stage. I blend modern and contemporary dance techniques to explore organic movement of the body and to provide a medium for intricately layered meanings and details. 

I invite others to find themselves in my work, whether through characters, stories, emotions, experiences, or empathy. Humans are storytellers. We try to find ourselves in the stories we witness, and my work as a dance artist provides that opportunity.
